Meet The Fairview Flyers

James
James Kamp is an accomplished singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist. He plays guitar in The Fairview Flyers, and saxophone with popular local band Virginia & the Slims. He also plays piano, bass, fiddle, dobro and harmonica.

Doc
Doc Hamilton's inspiration to play the bass comes from his wife, Susie, and five children all of whom play musical instruments.

Helen
Helen Rae Charbonneau plays fiddle and sings.

Janna
Joanna "Janna" Perkinson plays ukulele and sings.

Dan
Dan Tanner took to harmonica when for his 50th birthday in 1991 his wife gave him a "harp" as a gag gift, telling him to make big money in music like his cousin. (Dan has a cousin 26 and a half years younger who is a musician, composer, bandleader, singer, and star on stage, screen and TV.) Now happily retired in the Blue Ridge Mountains, he has fulfilled a dream by forming The Fairview Flyers.
